Thank you for being here!

Hi, I’m Gilly, the founder of Slow Street Granola - a small-batch granola brand I launched June 2025, based on a recipe I’ve been making (and perfecting!) for almost a decade.

Over the years, I’ve shared this granola with friends and family - as a homemade snack for visitors to San Francisco, party favors for birthday celebrations, and holiday “we love you!” gifts. But most of all, I bake it for myself to enjoy. After realizing how much joy the process brought me, and how nothing on the grocery store shelves quite compares, I decided to turn it into something more. Slow Street Granola was born!

It’s nutty (5g of protein per 1/3 cup), balanced, and not too sweet. I love it on yogurt, tossed into salads for a little crunch, or even as a garnish on charcuterie boards—it’s super versatile.

Thanks so much for supporting - I hope you love it as much as I do.

We make each batch fresh

And refrigerate it to keep the flavor and texture just right. It’s crunchy, satisfying, and totally versatile - perfect tossed on a salad, swirled into yogurt, or eaten straight from the bag. At Slow Street, we believe snacking should feel good and taste amazing. That’s why we take so much care with every batch - so you get something that’s clean, filling, and made to support the way you actually eat.

What's inside

I have been thoughtfully curating Slow Street's recipe to not only taste delicious but also fuel our bodies and support our health! The ingredients include...

Pecans, Almonds, Walnuts, Organic Pumpkin Seeds for protein

Unsweetened Dried Cranberries, Organic Unsweetened Coconut Flakes and Organic Whole Grain Rolled Oats for fiber!

Organic Tahini and Organic Virgin Coconut Oil for healthy fats

And Cinnamon, Organic Maple Syrup and Salt for flavor <3

What to eat with Slow Street Granola

The simple answer to this is, well, everything! Slow Street borders sweet and savory really well, which allows it to pair with both a breakfast bowl and a happy hour cheese board!

I personally LOVE adding Slow Street Granola to my salads. My favorite salad right now: kale massaged with olive oil, champagne vinegar and lemon, cherry tomatoes, red onions, sugar snap peas, a seasonal fruit.. (strawberries <3 for me) and topped with S.S.G!
